Machining Solutions Account Manager (Distribution Channels)

MP Systems designs and builds high-pressure coolant systems, chillers, coolant filtration, and accessories that keep machine tools running longer with fewer interruptions. We collaborate directly with shops and integrators to tailor solutions that cut downtime and extend tool life.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute a territory strategy for the CNC/machinery market to meet sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize distribution partners and end-user prospects.
- Nurture strong distributor relationships and advise on the best-fit MP Systems offerings.
- Deliver persuasive demos and presentations that prove our value in improving product life and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal technical/support teams to resolve customer questions quickly and accurately.
- Monitor trends and competitors; surface emerging opportunities early.
- Maintain forecasts and report progress to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Promote our brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a relevant field.
- Documented success in sales; CNC/machinery industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in channel sales with a strong grasp of distributor dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation; able to simplify technical topics for any audience.
- Self-driven, results-focused, and collaborative.
- Ability to travel to customer meetings and events as needed.
- Fluency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-first approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
