What You’ll Take On

• Own process development from concept through ramp for new product launches, ensuring manufacturability and smooth handoffs to production.
• Optimize existing lines to hit safety, quality, and productivity targets while reducing cost and variability.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to uncover improvement opportunities and deploy cost-effective solutions.
• Run root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions that stick.
• Create and maintain robust documentation and process controls to sustain performance at scale.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proven capability to analyze and improve production processes.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with automotive manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD and process simulation tools.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
• Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering position.
