We are seeking a licensed Asbestos Abatement Worker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with asbestos, lead, or demolition experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the demolition and abatement industry. This role involves hands-on physical labor, equipment handling, and support of demolition and abatement operations at a variety of job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform asbestos, lead, and hazardous material abatement in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Safely identify, remove, package, transport, and dispose of hazardous materials including asbestos, lead-based paint, contaminated soil, PCB, and mercury
• Follow all required safety procedures and waste disposal regulations
• Load and unload materials using hoists, forklifts, or other equipment
• Clean and decontaminate tools, equipment, and work areas for reuse
• Operate machinery and equipment used in removal, packaging, storage, or transportation of hazardous materials
• Work efficiently under the direction of supervisors and foremen

Requirements

• Valid Asbestos Worker/Supervisor License
• Valid Real ID (star located in the upper right hand corner of ID/DL)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Minimum 1 year of asbestos abatement or demolition experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Equipment operation experience
• Mold remediation experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
