Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing within a Level II trauma center and must be able to work flexibly across all areas of the ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
• Participate in triage and support patients across various emergency care areas.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
• Utilize advanced skills and perform necessary procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS are required prior to the start date.
• Previous experience in a high-volume ED with a focus on teamwork and real-time coaching is preferred.
