Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, site design, and infrastructure projects, with proven leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, roadways, and utility systems.
• Lead project teams of engineers, designers, and technicians, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules; monitor project progress and profitability.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina required.
• 7+ years of civil engineering and project management experience in land development, site design, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology/Hydraulic software, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
