Salary Range:

$134,400.00 - $255,400.00

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

The Senior Director/Executive Director, Strategy & Delivery serves as a visionary and strategic leader within the organization, overseeing a portfolio of complex, high-value clinical research projects while driving organizational innovation and growth. This role is accountable for driving new business opportunities, advancing active client partnerships at the highest executive levels, delivering superior project outcomes, and aligning operations with long-term business objectives. The Senior Dir/Exec Dir, Strategy & Delivery plays a critical role in shaping strategic initiatives and influencing key organizational decisions. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Dir/Exec Dir, Strategy & Delivery provides guidance and mentorship to senior leaders, champions cross-functional collaboration, and ensures that project delivery aligns with corporate goals and client expectations. The success of this role is measured by client satisfaction, business growth, operational efficiency, and leadership impact.
