Wellness Specialist (Full-time)
Our client is urgently looking for an exceptional Wellness Specialist to join their dedicated team. They are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about promoting health and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and sales skills, enabling them to effectively connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in educating and guiding patients through various wellness procedures and treatments, helping them achieve their personal health goals. Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Patient Wellness Consultations and provide tailored education to support each individual's health journey.
- Strengthen patient retention by implementing proactive follow-up strategies to review lab results and discuss personalized recommendations thoroughly.
- Promote the benefits of therapies like Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Additionally, offer high-quality supplements and IV treatments that promote overall health and wellness.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation, facilitate seamless communication with pharmacies, ensure timely lab callbacks, and coordinate effective follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes.
Success Factors:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in aesthetics, fitness, wellness, and supplements.
- Proven success in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that boost sales and build long-term relationships.
- Strong passion for patient education and wellness, with the ability to build trust.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching ability, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize ideas; adapt language and terminology for different audiences.
- A personal commitment to health, fitness, and wellness must act as a credible ambassador for services and overall lifestyle.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $35,000 - $80,000 = Base Hourly Rate/Commissions/Bonus Opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should have experience in either transactional or consultative sales, preferably in the aesthetics, fitness, wellness, supplement, or medical fields.
- Experience should include business-to-consumer (B2C) sales or door-to-door sales, particularly involving high-ticket products, services, or items.
