What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team thrives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.
- Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Leading performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintaining and improving HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
