Essential Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to work as a team with your team to complete all daily sanitation requirements in the time given.
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment and machinery with chemicals
- Follows Safety, Quality and Human Resource protocols, policies, and procedures
- Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties
- Complete all required paperwork
- Report all equipment issues to supervisors, managers, and repair technicians
- Operate all equipment safely and according to training as safety is paramount to the company’s success
- Learn and be aware of safety risks and escalates found risks to supervisor or manager
- Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Practices
- Preforms other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Basic sanitation and chemical safety knowledge
- Washroom Cleaning Basics
- Good written and oral communication skills (English and Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter, who likes to assume responsibility and work independently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure situations
- Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Attend work as scheduled and be punctual (will be coming different shift depending on sanitation schedule)
