Keffer Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Auto Sales Manager to lead our team of sales consultants, drive sales performance, and foster growth within the dealership. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales process.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
