Main Ingredients of the Job:

• Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization
• Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump) Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
• Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
• Properly record all dumped product.
• Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (Sunday: 4:45pm - until complete/Monday-Thursday: 6:45pm until complete)

Starting Payrate: $19

What you bring to the table:

Education/Training: High School Diploma/ required

• Warehouse/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to work independently.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack.
• Good communication skills written and oral.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Must be dependable.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $19 and $24. As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, freezer premium.
