Discipline Engineer SME
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in discipline engineering
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects
- Strong technical expertise in a specific discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
