Job Title: Financial Strategy Manager

Salary and Benefits :

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years tax preparation experience
- Licensed CPA
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement
Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis :
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess the financial health and performance of client organizations.
- Evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and potential areas of concern.
- Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
Strategic Planning :
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management strategies.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Financial Management :
- Advise on financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Financial Reporting and Compliance :
- Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and accounting pronouncements, advising clients on their impact and implications.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all financial matters.
- Understand clients' unique business challenges and objectives, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and actionable recommendations in a professional and timely manner.
Mentorship and Leadership :
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to junior staff members, helping them enhance their skills and advance their careers.
- Share expertise, industry knowledge, and best practices to support the growth and development of the team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
