Executive Leadership Opportunity
We are a privately held, multi-state automotive dealership group seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve our HR function across all locations at our corporate office in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong compliance background, a people-first mindset, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, especially in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
About the Role:
While automotive experience is preferred , this role is open to HR professionals with leadership experience in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or other multi-site, high-employee-count environments who understand how to support fast-paced operations, compliance, recruiting, and employee relations at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide executive-level input on organizational planning, change initiatives, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior management on workforce strategies and risk mitigation.
- Champion the companys mission, vision, and values through effective HR programs and leadership.
