Production Supervisor
PSG Production Supervisor (Seasonal)
There are two shifts available for this role:
1st Shift:
- Off-Peak: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Peak: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
2nd Shift:
- Off-Peak: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
- Peak: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month.
Job Purpose
The PSG Production Supervisor will work within the Heat Press & HAL Departments, which has the mission of providing innovative customization solutions for our customers. This position will provide direction, leadership, and development to a shift within these departments. They are responsible for achieving productivity, efficiency, customer service, quality, and safety objectives through both individual and team contributions. The position is responsible for a wide scope of duties that are new and innovative. The right candidate will be an eager individual that displays leadership and has the track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently and on time.

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
- Responsible for keeping the department areas safe and clean daily.
- Maintain company quality standards.
- Oversee operations for a team of 20-80 production personnel in our Heat Press & HAL areas.
- Manage team member utilization to meet or exceed efficiency goals (PUMP).
- Solve daily operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvements by recommending and implementing plans that improve business processes.
- Apply problem-solving methods to find root causes in the resolution of operational problems and non-conforming issues.
- Manage the work schedule and attendance for the department and manage department labor cost.
- Hold employees accountable for productivity standards, quality standards and all company and CFC policies and procedures.
- Address team member performance issues daily by providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to create and maintain professional interpersonal relations with all team members and fellow peers. Displaying servant leadership.
- Ability to navigate and solve mechanical issues on the HAL line.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing/production management/supervisory work experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. SAP experience required.
- Candidate should be production oriented and have a proven track record of driving productivity and motivating employees with minimal direct supervision.
- Proven track record of motivating team members to achieve operational goals.
- Must be proficient in English. Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
