Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, installers, and retail customers in person and over the phone.
• Ring up customer purchases, answer incoming calls, and assist with product inquiries regarding epoxy coatings, concrete preparation products, tools, and accessories.
• Recommend the appropriate products and systems based on each customer's project requirements.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in the store and warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Load and unload products safely, including epoxy materials, tools, and equipment.
• Deliver orders to contractors, installers, job sites, and customers using company vehicles.
• Verify delivery contents with customers and obtain any required signatures or documentation.
• Assist with receiving shipments, packing outgoing orders, and processing transfers between locations.
• Resolve customer concerns by investigating issues, developing solutions, and escalating matters to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store and warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle operation policies.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
