Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am )

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems and metal processing equipment.
• Maintain facility equipment including greasing bearings, replacing belts, and completing routine mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Assist with general yard organization and facility upkeep.
• Follow and promote safety guidelines while assisting with safety training when needed.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Experience performing mechanical maintenance in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and make repairs using hand tools.
• Welding or torching experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods (8–10 hours daily).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
