Continuous Cost Improvement Controller

This role will be part of Thomas Built Buses Finance team and would act as a Continuous Cost Improvement Controller working closely with the Thomas Built Buses CCI Team, Engineering, Changeover, Quality and other Finance areas to evaluate business cases, validate financial impacts of completed initiatives, and assist our cross-functional partners to execute on cost savings measures. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $61,500.00 - $79,000.00 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. - Perform comprehensive analysis of the impact of CCI projects, considering all cost implications
- Perform validations and provide feedback on the actual results of CCI projects
- Support CCI Program Manager with reports to provide transparency on cost savings on a per unit and per model basis
Knowledge You Should Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Desire to get involved and learn about the business
- Driven to achieve targets/goals set by the management
Exceptional Candidates Might Have - Prefer Accounting or Finance degree
- Good understanding of basic financial concepts; familiarity with product costing or manufacturing controlling topics
