HR Generalist
Seeking a HR Generalist to support and fuel our growth by supporting, engaging, and empowering the people who keep our manufacturing moving!

We adhere to ISO 9001 standards and ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest quality and precision. About the Role:
The HR Generalist will support day‑to‑day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a production‑driven setting, and is passionate about supporting employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions for a wide range of roles, manage job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate new hire orientation with a focus on safety, quality, and company values.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees on the shop floor and in the office.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer health benefits, PTO, leave programs, and workers’ compensation.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy for hourly and salaried staff.
- Assist employees with 401(k) and other benefit-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain HRIS platform, accurate HR documentation, personnel files and track HR Metrics.
- Support safety compliance and training documentation in coordination with operations.
- Assist with performance management, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives.
- Prior HR generalist experience is required.
- Ability to build trust with employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Paycom, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PHR, SHRM‑CP, or SPHR certification is a plus.
