Position Purpose:

• Pay Rate: $16.30/Hour and it is paid on the bi-weekly basis. Overtime (OT) is available based on business needs and requires management approval. OT is paid time and-half after 40 hours of work per week.
• Daily uniforms and working boots are provided free of charge by the company.
• Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday and the custodian will work 5 days per week / 8 hours per day and unpaid 30-minute lunch. This is a FIRST SHIFT and starts at 6:30 am. Two (2) days off.
• Punctuality and attendance policy is strictly enforced.

Perform a wide variety of custodial duties in order to provide a clean, orderly and safe environment; and perform related work as required

Key Job Activities:

1) Clean all common use areas (break rooms, hallways, stairwells).
2) Clean all restroom facilities (locker areas, showers, toilets, sinks).
3) Clean all office spaces (offices, conference rooms, training areas.
4) Monitor custodial supply levels; request supplies as needed.
5) Maintain custodial equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.
6) Replenish expendable supply dispensers (hand towels, tissue, soap).
7) Ensure an appropriate supply of bath towels.
8) Perform other related duties as required or requested.

Education:

Required Education: in High School or Equivalent

Experience:

6+ Months of relevant work experience in plant operations or warehousing.
