CNA/Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Make Care Count Every Day ????
Do you have a passion for helping others feel safe, supported, and cared for? We’re looking for a dedicated CNA/Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the health, independence, and quality of life of our residents.
???? Your ImpactAs a CNA/Certified Medication Technician , you’ll be an essential part of our care team, working closely with a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality care. In this role, you will:
- Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
- Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily resident care
- Help residents maintain their highest level of physical and emotional well-being
- Encourage independence while promoting safety and dignity
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to ensure timely care
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties
- A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification , including required in-services
- A caring attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to resident-centered care
- Must be 18 years of age or older (per Department of Labor regulations)
