Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure consistent miles while providing you with the time to spend with family and fulfill personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control.
• Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handling dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical demands, allowing you to focus on driving and optimizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers earn on average between $1,200 and $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, $12 per hour layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Routes stretch across Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
• All tolls are covered by EZ Pass and toll cards.
