We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Raleigh!

What You'll Do:

• Establish project design approach for specific discipline at project start up.
• Lead client management; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
• Presents design to client and coordinates with other disciplines and consultants.
• May be involved in project/client pursuits.
• Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule. Participates in all design and construction phases of projects.
• Manages teams and assists other project team members in the development and maintenance of workplans.
• Participates in project debriefs and lesson’s learned sessions.
• Leads in planning, design and documentation of projects. Prepares working drawings and stamps drawings. Oversee development of fully coordinated quality design documents.
• Communicates and improves some design processes with other team members.
• Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
• Mentor other Designers and Engineers. Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers and engineers.

Education and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years of applicable experience. Experience within healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure required.
• Software Skills: Revit, SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis, Various lighting design software.
• Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
