Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, 13-week home health contract in Charlotte, NC . This rewarding position is open to both local and traveling nurses . In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and high quality of life. The ideal candidate will have prior home health experience, proficiency in OASIS documentation , and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas
• Duration: 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hours: Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week, no guaranteed hours
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call duties (typically once per month)
• Pay: Negotiable with client based on territory budget and candidate experience; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers

• Mileage Reimbursement: .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Productivity: 30-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week

Job Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and health management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient care and progress in Homecare Homebase.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Active North CarolinaRegistered Nurse (RN)license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase.
• Proficiency in Oasis.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Completion of the Joint Commission onboarding upon offer.
