Our client is seeking a Bilingual, Spanish speaking recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave
Qualified candidates must have:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- High School diploma
- Associates Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Able to operate under a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent Customer Service
- Confidentiality a must
- Some HR knowledge a plus
- Punctual
- Effective Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in recruitment
- Hard working and dynamic person
- Good computer skills
- Committed to diversity and equality culture
Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm
$18 - $21 (depending on experience)
