Zero Experience Needed Truck Driver CDL Class A Over the Road
Description. We are seeking motivated new CDL A graduates ready to launch their trucking careers with a company that provides structure, support and real growth opportunities. Training Duration: Paid on-the-job training with an experienced mentor, 4 to 6 weeks training. Earning per week: $1260 to $1500. Driving position: Over the Road, 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family. Weekly Miles: 2500 to 3000. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Class A tractor-trailer, including Dry Van loads, in a safe and professional manner. Follow all D.O.T regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Complete on-time pickups and deliveries as assigned. Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers. Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily. Represent the company with professionalism and reliability. Compensation and Benefits: Weekly pay with direct deposit. Health, dental, and vision benefits. 24/7 driver support. Paid orientation. Newer well-maintained equipment. Requirements: Valid CDL Class A license. Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.
