Job purpose
As our Content Creator & Campaign Specialist, you’ll be the voice and vision behind our brand presence. You’ll craft compelling content that tells our story, design campaigns that drive measurable results, and ensure every piece of communication feels human, relevant, and on brand. Your work will directly shape how our audience experiences and engages with us.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns—from concept to launch—across social media, email, website, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging, original content including short-form videos and social media assets.
- Collaborate with creative design, product management, and sales teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Develop and analyze quarterly campaigns reports across channels.
- Craft messaging for B2B, B2C, and retail audiences to ensure relevance and consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot, and optimize based on insights.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of brand messaging.
- Social media community management: actively engage audiences across social platforms to foster authentic connections, increase brand loyalty, and encourage advocacy. Respond to comments, messages, and discussions to create a sense of belonging and trust among followers.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant..
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates your range.
- Experience preferred, but not mandatory, with campaign analytics and optimization using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. · A creative mindset paired with strategic thinking—you can dream big and execute with precision. · Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
