Our client, a leader in Medical Equipment manufacturing, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions precisely, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $18.00-18.50

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Select components, drill holes, and secure parts using rivets, screws, bolts, or other fasteners.
• Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components following detailed diagrams and sequences.
• Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Clean and pack final products, ensuring safe handling and proper documentation.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
