Job Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled Software Engineers to join our team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidates will have expertise in full-stack development, backend technologies, cloud services, and software engineering best practices. These roles will involve contributing to moderately complex initiatives, collaborating with client personnel, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Leverage a solid understanding of software engineering policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) and Node.js, with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of APIs, OAuth, JSON, and Apigee.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or PyTest.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience with GIT and version control workflows.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
