Allegiance Staffing is hiring Assemblers/Truss Builders in the Sanford, NC area!!

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Components Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality production standards are met. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows safety procedures, and contributes positively to a team-oriented workplace.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze work orders to ensure proper materials and supplies are available
• Set up equipment and materials according to production specifications and designs
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report material shortages as needed

Assembly & Production:

• Perform repetitive line assembly operations to produce quality products
• Fit, size, and assemble components using hand, air, and power tools
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Operate equipment and handle materials safely and responsibly
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly without assistance
• Frequent stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional kneeling and crawling
• Ability to handle materials of various sizes and weights throughout the day

Equipment Used:

• Computers and related software programs
• Forklift
• Banding machine
• Cutting saws
• Various hand, air, and power tools

Work Environment: This position operates in a manufacturing and production environment where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are essential to daily operations.
