Your Mission

Build and run a world-class planning cadence that links strategy to the shop floor. Lead site-level planning, direct the master production schedule, and optimize inventory while enabling cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Lead

• Ownership of SIOP reviews and the MPS process
• Creation of daily/weekly production plans aligned to material availability and inventory targets
• Real-time performance tracking and corrective actions to protect service, cost, and delivery
• Clear communication and reporting to stakeholders across the site
• Implementation of process improvements that elevate planning maturity
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing planners to raise team capability
• Deep collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to hit business goals

What You’ll Bring

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; 3–6 years in production planning or supply chain; experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP; strong planning and performance management skills
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; proven team leadership in manufacturing; lean and change management knowledge; advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
