Product Owner Hire Me Employee Lifecycle
Job Summary:
As a Product Owner for the Hire Me phase of the employee lifecycle, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of the hiring experience for external and internal candidates. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, HR Technology to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions using various technologies. Your expertise in talent acquisition systems will be crucial in enhancing our hiring processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Shared Services, IT and other business groups to gather and prioritize requirements for talent acquisition systems.
- Engage with employees and managers to understand their needs and incorporate into the designs of the solutions
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the "Hire Me" phase, aligning with business goals and HR strategies.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements in talent acquisition systems.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure the systems are user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on new system features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years business related experience
- In depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, HR data, HRIS structure and design
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on HR systems and talent acquisition.
- Required system knowledge of Oracle
- Strong knowledge of various talent acquisition systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR COEs and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with various HCMs such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG. Oracle preferred.
- Experience with various talent management and/or acquisition systems such as; Eightfold, Gloat, Beamery, Phenom
- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
