- Call & requirements: Monday-Friday 7a-3p or 7a-5p. No call or weekends
- Supervision vs independent: Supervision 4 to 1
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Certification required
- Number of operating rooms: 50
- license required or accepting IMLC: Active state license required
