New Hanover Primary Care Group in Wilmington, NC has a need for primary care physicians. For over 40 years, New Hanover Primary Care (NHPC) has provided superior healthcare and wellness for the entire family. Based out of six locations, we have 40 physicians on staff, including family medicine, pediatrics, Med/Peds and internal medicine. We are looking to bring on three additional physicians as we continue to grow. We have virtually zero turnover. Work a 4-and-a-half-day week with minimal call. We typically see 18 - 25 patients a day with plenty of back-up available, i.e. NPs and specialists on staff. A generous two-year salary guarantee plus a comprehensive benefits package will be offered. Top 15% in earnings for primary care physicians. Our physicians have the option to follow their own patients in the hospital as well - so one can provide both inpatient and outpatient care if they choose. This is the perfect career step for a new grad due to the excellent mentorship available as well as the opportunity to teach our local residents and medical students.

Patients are admitted to Novant Health/ New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the premier Medical Center in the region where our providers work alongside Hospitalists and Specialists to provide excellent care to our patients.
