Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed, utilizing hotel management software effectively.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to safety protocols.
