About the North Carolina Association of Educators
The North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) is building a movement to transform and expand public education in our state to ensure all students have access to quality public education that provides them with an opportunity to meet their full potential.

NCAE is one of the fastest growing NEA affiliate in the country - making moves from the Sandhills to the Mountains to win the schools North Carolina students deserve. And embracing comprehensive campaigns to bring public education stakeholders together to win unprecedented wins for public school staff, students, and parents.

NCAE’s four year strategic plan prioritizes growing our union, members leading professional practices and standards and restoring the promise of public schools and our democracy against the interests that seek to privatize our schools and continue the practice that the powerful select their electorate.
