What Youll Do

Operate our technology for the biggest sporting federations around the world. This will include:

• Operating Bolt6 products at events both in-person, on-site, and remotely from our Charlotte office.
• Lead and manage live events on-site with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth operational delivery.
• Take responsibility for pre-event planning and coordination for assigned events.
• Uphold exceptional on-site standards and customer experience, consistently achieving high client satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, efficient on-site team culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Gather client feedback during deployments and implement improvements in real time where possible.
• Install, configure, and support hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship and potential line management support to junior team members.

• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
• Self starter with initiative and the ability to pick up and develop projects independently.
• Ability to work quickly and make effective decisions.
• Intellectually curious and has the drive to ask the right questions in order to get to the bottom of complex issues.
• Individuals who are able to be flexible/are flexible in working arrangements.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining organized.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in networking, Kubernetes and/or software engineering.
• Project management experience/qualifications.
• A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subject.
• A love of sport!

• $60,000-$70,000 base salary depending on experience

Location

In this role, expect to be working on-site at sports events throughout the US, and occasionally around the world. When not on- site, the role is based in our office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
