Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Start Date: 6/23
• No RTO allowed
• On-Call: Stay late 1–2 times per week
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Unit Size: 4 beds
• Scrubs Provided

Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Critical Care experience (required)
• Pre-Op experience (preferred)
• BLS & ACLS certifications

Unit & Facility Details

• Unit: CV PreOp (supports CVOR)
• Documentation: Cerner
• Equipment: GE Carescape monitoring, Fuji ultrasound
• Team includes RNs, CNC support, secretary, and unit manager

Responsibilities

• Large bore IV starts and medication administration
• Full patient prep including skin assessment and surgical prep
• Assist with arterial line, central line, and epidural placement
• Transport patients to OR and assist with induction/intubation
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
