Lenovo AI Product & Solutions Manager

Lenovo is seeking a seasoned AI Product & Solutions Manager, who will lead the development with our ISV and Global Technology partners of joint solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and domain experts, to seamlessly integrate AI products. You will create quick start sizing guides and documentation for Sales, work with our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) on presenting new AI developments and collaborate with Operations to make them available for reselling through our channels. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when it comes to the building up new AI solutions and key player between our CoE, Ai Alliances and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in IT Infrastructure, experience in pre-sales or other customer-facing enterprise IT roles and firm grasp of the current AI market and technology trends. The candidate should be able to interact with both business leaders, and with software developers / architects. He/she should also demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a clear product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI solutions, define product requirements and feature sets
• Develop technical guides, battlecards and sizing's for new Ai solutions.
• On the whole solution development process from prioritizing the technology/ partners all to the way to making it an available SKU in our system
• Work and team with AI partners/startups to drive adoption for Lenovo AI products and solutions.
• Become a SME for AI solutions for internal stakeholders and Lenovo enterprise customers.
• Create comprehensive documentation of processes, findings, and best practices to promote knowledge sharing within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of technology-related product management, technical pre-sales, solution architecting or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years experience communicating effectively with both technical and business leaders.
• Minimum 5 years of direct field experience working with Startups, Enterprise IT or Software companies.
• Prior experience in the AI space

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years working domain experience in artificial intelligence, or related technologies.
• Experience working with IT Infrastructure for Big Data or Artificial Intelligence
• Experience working closely with or in Early-Stage ISVs or Startups
