Responsibilities
- BOH team members tasks include sauté, fry station, biscuit build, point, prep, dishwasher, and biscuit maker.
- Execute food preparation tasks following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate portion control, maintain consistency in food quality, mitigate waste.
- Operate cooking equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and assemble orders according to Vicious Biscuit's standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure that all food is cooked to perfection.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Properly store and label food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying the management team of any shortages.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of kitchen waste.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff to coordinate order timings and maintain a seamless flow of service.

Requirements
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to servant leadership as a core value of the Vicious Biscuit brand.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Food safety and alcohol certifications recommended and will be required after 30 days of employment.
