As a People & Culture Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with team leaders to implement effective HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Facilitating recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
- Developing and conducting training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment and enhance team morale.
- Assisting in performance management processes, providing guidance to both employees and managers.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in HR policies.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Experience Level:
- We prefer candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Desired Skills:
