We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a safe, compliant job site and promote company safety culture.
• Monitor schedule and budget performance, proactively resolving issues.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members.
• Uphold company values of honor, humility, hospitality, and hustle in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, healthcare, industrial, or retail construction .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field teams.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
