What Your Day Looks Like

As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with children in our therapy center and outdoor farm environment helping them build life skills through guided play.

Your day may include:

• Playing games and creative activities
• Helping children improve communication
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Celebrating progress and milestones
• Tracking progress using a tablet

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Center Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Typical technician schedule:
30–36 hours per week

Pay & Benefits

$18/hour base pay after training

PLUS:

⭐ $3/hour performance bonus
➡️ Up to $21/hour once certified

Experienced RBTs can earn up to $27/hour .

Basic Requirements

✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Comfortable using technology
✔ Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we help!)
✔ Ability to pass background check and drug screening
✔ No allergies to small farm animals or outdoor environment

Preferred availability:

Monday–Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Minimum availability:

Monday–Friday 11 AM – 5 PM
