Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Food & Beverage Front of House leaders with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail.
- Be one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers.
- Maintain Food & Beverage software, BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable.
- Serve as a liaison between Food & Beverage leadership, culinary team, banquets, and other hotel departments
- Create and maintain special event flyers and signage using Canva and Avery.
- Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
- Maintain department calendars and important deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurants preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Micros system experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
