Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Quality evaluation : Assess readability, usability, and risk level of procedures post-publication
• Content ownership : Manage AI prompts section of Center of Excellence SharePoint site
• Knowledge sharing : Publish prompt snippets, writing training, and AI usage guidance
• Feedback delivery : Provide improvement guidance to citizen writers based on evaluation findings
• Rewrite support : Help authors rewrite high-risk content when initial attempts struggled
• Technology partnership : Communicate writing rules to technology teams building AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Lead an evidence‑based QA transformation by designing and executing a defensible, repeatable procedure quality methodology aligned to governance standards.
• Evaluate and elevate procedure quality through rigorous assessment against governance requirements and delivery of clear, actionable recommendations to improve content integrity and usability.
• Lead AI solution development by driving requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of AI‑enabled tools that support procedure authoring and objective quality evaluation.
• 7+ years of procedure writing experience.
• 2+ years of editorial experience.
• Skilled in writing and applying AI prompts to support procedure writing and quality evaluation.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
