Tobacco Road Sports Cafe is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Busser to join our team and contribute to the exceptional dining experience we offer to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Table Maintenance:
   • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
   • Arrange table settings and ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and aesthetics.
2. Assistance to Servers:
   • Support servers in delivering food and beverages to guests' tables in a timely and accurate manner.
   • Assist in refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing additional guest needs.
3. Cleanliness and Organization:
   • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as needed.
   • Keep service stations well-stocked and organized to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
4. Customer Service:
   • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Communicate effectively with fellow team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a well-organized and efficient service flow.
6. Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
   • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and safe disposal of waste.
7. Adaptability:
   • Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, supporting overall operations and guest satisfaction.

$15-$20/hour depending on experience - sometimes a lot more if it was a busy night. Hiring bussers at both locations (Raleigh and Durham).
