Key Responsibilities:
- Table Maintenance:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
- Arrange table settings and ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and aesthetics.
- Assistance to Servers:
- Support servers in delivering food and beverages to guests' tables in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing additional guest needs.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as needed.
- Keep service stations well-stocked and organized to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Customer Service:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members to coordinate tasks and ensure a well-organized and efficient service flow.
- Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and safe disposal of waste.
- Adaptability:
- Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, supporting overall operations and guest satisfaction.
