Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilator support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of respiratory care interventions.
• Float as required to different units to meet varying patient needs.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Proven petence in respiratory care procedures and protocols.
• Ability to float and adapt to multiple unit environments.
• Current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Schedule/Hours:

• Availability to work 5:25 AM to 12:00 Noon shifts.
