Job Title - ServiceNow Architect
Location - Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design ServiceNow solutions across ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules.
- Lead platform assessments and develop remediation roadmaps for CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including enterprise architects, product owners, and C-suite executives to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Implement and configure modules such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Cloud Discovery, and CSDM frameworks.
- Develop custom applications and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine, and UI Builder.
- Ensure platform stability and upgradability by avoiding base code customizations and adhering to best practices.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams , conduct code reviews, and support pre-sales activities when needed.
