CDL Truck Driver

Location : Based in Wallace, NC

Travel : Regional (home approximately 3 nights per week)

Compensation : $1,000 per week plus nightly per diem while traveling

Salary : Averaging $52,000 per year and will increase based on per diem pay

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate reefer trucks to transport materials between our Wallace, NC facility and job sites across the region.
• Step in to support the construction crew on-site whenever needed, contributing to the success of daily operations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and maintain safe driving habits to ensure compliance and protect team safety.
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and in excellent condition at each job site.

What We’re Looking For

• A Class A CDL License (Hazmat endorsement is a plus)
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to perform labor duties at construction sites when needed
• Willingness to travel during the week — our drivers are typically home by Thursday night
