Dishwasher
DESCRIPTION
The Dishwasher works collaboratively with all restaurant staff to maintain cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains a clean kitchen
- Properly washes and sorts dirty dishes
- Keeps dish area free of clutter and organizes
- Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
- Preps food as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Hospitality related kitchen experience preferred
- Food handlers card/certification a plus
- Self-motivated with a high energy level
- Ability to plan and multi-task
- Skilled in customer service and verbal communication
- Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
- Able to carry trays or supplies weighing 10-30 lbs
